Chief Executive Officer
Jo joined LPPA in April 2019 and has been pivotal in developing people and technology-led solutions that enhance the experience of members, employers and clients. She is also a Non-Executive Director of PASA and a board sponsor of its Data working group.
John Crowhurst

With over 20 years’ experience in public sector pensions, John has played a key role in LPPA’s growth and development. He leads customer‑facing operations with a strong focus on delivering high‑quality services and excellent outcomes for members, employers and fund clients.
Abigail Leech
Chief Finance Officer
Abbi joined LPPA in November 2020. She leads the organisation’s finance, people, governance and risk agenda, ensuring strong oversight and a resilient operating framework.
Martin Davidson
Chief Technology Officer
Since joining LPPA in July 2020, Martin has helped build a secure, dependable IT environment that underpins the entire organisation. He has also been a driving force behind LPPA’s move to innovative technology and online solutions.
Sharon Chatha

Sharon has been with LPPA since March 2022, playing a central role in accelerating service improvements, boosting automation and shaping more streamlined operational processes across all of the teams.
