Since joining LPPA in July 2020, Martin has helped build a secure, dependable IT environment that underpins the entire organisation. He has also been a driving force behind LPPA’s move to innovative technology and online solutions.

Laura joined LPPA in 2020 and became Finance Director in June 2026. She leads Finance and Payroll, overseeing planning, reporting, governance and delivery. Having helped shape the finance function, she is passionate about continuous improvement and supporting positive outcomes for clients, members and colleagues.

Dan joined LPPA in June 2026 as People & Culture Director, bringing extensive leadership experience and a people-first approach. Throughout his career, he has championed social mobility and inclusion, removing barriers, recognising potential, and empowering people to feel valued, supported, and able to build rewarding careers.
