Ron Jarman
Non-Executive Director
Ron joined the Board as Chair in July 2022. He brings a wealth of experience to the role, having been the Chair of a number of UK organisations and charities.
Jo Darbyshire
Chief Executive Officer
Jo is LPPA’s Chief Executive Officer and joined the Board in January 2020. She has vast experience in the life and pensions sector, including senior roles at the Co-operative Group.
Abigail Leech
Chief Finance Officer
Abbi is LPPA’s Chief Finance Officer and joined the Board in January 2025. She has over 20 years’ experience as a finance professional in both the public and private sector.
Mike O’Donnell
Non-Executive Director
Mike joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director (NED) in September 2023. He brings experience in NED and advisory roles in public sector finance and pensions.
Elizabeth Woolman
Non-Executive Director
Liz joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in May 2021. She brings years of experience operating at board level and is Chair of the LPPA Change & Technology Committee.
Richard Thomas
Non-Executive Director
Richard became a Board Non-Executive Director in August 2022. He is Chair of the LPPA Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and has governance experience across both private and public sectors.
