Four senior colleagues from LPPA have been appointed to various roles at PASA (Pensions Administration Standards Association), recognising the organisation’s contribution to industry standards and best practice.
PASA is a leading independent voice on pensions administration in the UK. Working across the public and private sectors, it brings together experts to develop guidance, share best practice and drive improvements in pension administration, governance and member outcomes.
The appointments build on our Chief Executive Officer Jo Darbyshire’s appointment as a PASA Board Director in 2025 and bolster our involvement in some of the most important discussions shaping the future of pensions administration.
From LPPA:
- Karen Hill, Head of Risk and Governance, has joined the Industry Policy Committee.
- David Parker, Director of Member Services, has joined the Public Sector Working Group.
- Tyrone Samuel, Head of Data and Employer Engagement, has joined the Pensions Data Working Group.
- Chris Dawson, Head of Marketing and Communications, has joined the Engagement and Communications Working Group.
Through these roles, our colleagues will contribute their expertise to the development of guidance and initiatives across the sector, while gaining valuable insight into emerging issues, including the Pensions Dashboard Programme and other regulatory developments.
Jo Darbyshire, Chief Executive Officer, said: “It’s great to see David, Karen, Tyrone and Chris join PASA. Each of them brings experience in their respective fields, and I know they will make valuable contributions while sharing ideas and learning from colleagues across the sector.
“PASA plays an important role in bringing the industry together to address common challenges and drive positive change. These appointments give our colleagues the opportunity to contribute to discussions and initiatives that will help shape the future of pensions administration.
“For LPPA, it’s also a valuable opportunity to stay closely connected to industry developments and emerging best practice, so that we can continue delivering the best possible service for our clients.”
